Antique Brass Chain _#18: Textured Round Wire Oval Cable (per ft.) chain is a round wire chain patterned with straight lines across the thin side of the oval link. The oxidizing shows darker in the low spots of the pattern.

We use these types of chain for primary necklace or bracelet chains, decorating with dangling charms and wire wrapped crystals or stones. Also use in-line wire wraps of stones, crystal or glass beads, connecting sections of chains between links.

This chain is an open-link (unsoldered) chain. Use it with caution when mixing with bead wire (such as in a chain extension.)

Each link measures approximately 6 mm long x 4.5 mm high outside dimensions. You get about 5-3/4 links per inch.

Chain is steel, antique brass ox plated and lacquered.
