Another simple, classic hook-and-eye closure, this for three strands.

Eye loop measures approx. 12.6 mm diameter or 15.7 wide from the outside to the outside of the eyes. The loop measures 13.1mm diameter or 15.5mm across at the eyes. Both pieces are constructed of 1mm diameter sterling silver.
