To use an s-hook, you can crimp bead wire to soldered rings, then slip them on the S-hook, pinching one side closed and leaving some tension on the second side between the ring and the s-hook.

If you use the s-hook with sterling chain, you can use an unsoldered jump ring or split ring to attach to the chain.

S-hook measures 26.5mm long x 13mm wide x 1.8mm thick.
